How to book a Puppy Party:
Please fill out the form located here
Once the form is received, we will respond letting you know if that date and time is available
If the requested date and time is not available, we will email you back with other date/times available close to the date you have requested
Once the date and time has been decided, we will send you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit that can be sent via E-transfer, details for E-transfer are provided on the invoice
Once the E-transfer has been received, we will email you back to confirm receipt
We will then send an email to get the party details to design your e-invite for you (e-invite design included in cost)
Are there additional travel fees?
No. There are no additional travelling fees, all fees have been included in the cost.
How much time do we get with the puppies?
1.5 hours. Set-up time and tear down time is outside of the 1.5 hrs of pure puppy time for you and your guests! We arrive 30 minutes prior to party start time. Example: If you would like your party to start at 1pm, we would arrive at 12:30pm for set up. Similairly, if you booked us for a 1pm start, you and your guests enjoy the puppies right up until 2:30pm, then we begin tear down.
What if I or a party guest have allergies?
Please do not book a party if there is a risk of allergies. We can’t guarantee that all of the puppies coming will be hypoallergenic. If a party is booked with a deposit sent- the deposit is non-refundable. Please check with all party guests PRIOR to booking regarding allergies.
What types of parties do we do?
All of them! Birthday parties, kids birthday parties, bachelorettes, engagement parties, divorce parties, Christmas parties… basically any party!
What kinds of puppies are coming to the party?
Because we dont rent our puppies from breeders, and Party Pups parties are in support of our rescue, we are unable to tell you in advance exactly which puppies will be coming along. There will be a mix of shed and non-shed puppies.
What is the minimum age for a Puppy Party?
Our at-home puppy parties are designed for children 6 years and older. Because these events take place outside of our studio setting and do not include on-site ECE support, we kindly ask that parents or guardians remain actively involved in supervising children during the event to ensure safe puppy handling.
Are the puppies available for adoption?
Yes, some of the puppies will be available for adoption. However, cannot be adopted from the party, we ask that you use our standard adoption application process, located here.
Are the puppies healthy?
As you know, Party Pups only uses rescues, and yes there was a time when the puppies came into our care when they would not have been healthy and vaccinated. However, through funding by Party Pups and Classes at Pudgy’s Place, all the puppies attending the party are happy, healthy and vaccinated.
Where do the puppies live?
With us! The puppies do not live in a shelter, they live with us in our homes. We are; the rescue, the foster, and the adoption center.
Can the puppies come out of the pen?
Yes! In addition to having enough staff to assist with puppy handling, we come with puppy slings, kind of like a purse- that the puppies can go in, remaining safe and secure while giving you an opportunity to hold them.
