How Our At-Home Puppy Parties Work
What Do you Actually Do With Party Pups?
Arriving 30 minutes before the party start time, we will already have the pen set up with the puppies waiting for your guests to arrive. Imagine showing up to a party and being greeted with a pen full of happy, bouncy puppies waiting to play and interact with you! Once all the guests have arrived, we will spend a few minutes going over each puppies name, a bit of their backstory, and proper puppy handling and ways you and your guests can safely interact with them.
Puppy Playtime & Interaction
We bring the puppies’ favourite toys — which are actually cat toys, because puppies love cat toys. Guests can play with the puppies using their toys and interact with them freely while we supervise.
We also bring Puppy Purses, which are wearable slings. A puppy can be placed inside the Puppy Purse so they remain safe while guests walk around.
If the party host allows, guests can sit in the living room or any other room and we’ll bring a puppy over to sit with them, watching closely to make sure the puppy is safe on the couch. Some hosts prefer to let the puppies roam and play outside of the pen, while others prefer a more structured setup — both options are perfectly fine.
The goal of an At-Home Puppy Party is for everyone to have a great time, guests and puppies included. Remaining flexible on how that interaction takes place is something we are very good at!

A Puppy Party That Supports Rescue
All net proceeds from your puppy party go directly toward the rescue, rehabilitation, vaccination, and nutrition of the puppies in our care.
On-Site Setup, Support & Guest Guidance
Our team will set up the puppy pen and remain on-site throughout the event to assist with proper puppy handling, answer any questions your guests may have, and help with photos or videos they’d like to take.
Arrival, Setup & Cleanliness for At-Home Puppy Parties
Pre-Party Arrival & Setup
Our team arrives approximately 30–40 minutes before your scheduled puppy party time. We begin by disinfecting the floor area where the puppy pen will be set up, then arrange the space with beds, toys, and enrichment items the puppies enjoy.
Post-Party Cleanup & Disinfection
After your puppy party wraps up, and everyone has had the BEST time- we fully disinfect the area again and take all garbage with us, leaving your space just as we found it.
Puppy Safety & Guest Support During Your Puppy Party
On-Site Pudgy Staff & Puppy Handling Support
Throughout the event, trained Pudgy staff remain on-site to support proper puppy handling, answer any questions your guests may have, and assist with photos or videos.
